Just a few tips:
-Do not remove the screw in the dog's back - this holds the whole thing together and it is very difficult to get it back together.
-There is a plate in the base for retrieving the coins but this can be difficult to get back in place so I find it easier to retrieve the coins by tipping it up and getting them back through the mouth.
-Finally it works best with small coins as larger ones tend to slip off the paw.
