Reproduction Aluminium Essolene plaque /Avertising sign 24 x 34 cm [YESAL]

This polished aluminium garage plaque features branding from Essolene, the petrol brand operated by Anglo-American Oil (ultimately rebranded as Esso in the 1950's). The sign itself is circular in shape, with "Essolene" emblazoned across the middle in red colouring. The slogan "Guaranteed Pure Petrol" appears beneath, with "1'4" above, also in red. The sign is completed with blue internal lines and an external border. The details are screen printed on this sign, which makes for a very accurate and precise look. The sign's aluminium construction, with its highly polished finish, really makes it stand out. Predrilled holes make this sign easy to hang on a wall of your choice, be it an office, man cave, garage or workshop. A really nice item for fans of vintage automobilia.
